LCD Projectors at NCWSS Meetings
Presentation files will be emailed directly to the section chairs. If you wish to preview your presentation a computer will be made available (this computer will be in the local arrangements room and not leave the local arrangements room).

Format
All presentations MUST be in Powerpoint for MS Windows (PC compatible). MacIntosh/Apple formats will NOT be supported. If you have Microsoft Office 2007, please save your presentation as a Powerpoint 97-2003 .ppt file. Not all computers may be .pptx compatible.
Please limit the size of presentations to less than 5 MB. If your presentation is larger than 5 MB it is the responsibility of the submitter to contact the section chair for instructions. Section chair contact information. If you do not receive a confirmation from the section chair that your presentation has been received please contact your section chair.
No audio clips will be allowed
Video clips are discouraged unless absolutely necessary. Please contact your respective section chair PRIOR to the meeting if you need to use a video clip.
Limit fonts used in the presentation to basic fonts, as not all machines may have the same font(s). Examples of standard fonts are Times, Arial, Courier, Tahoma, or similar equivalents.
Submission of presentations
Presentations must be submitted to the perspective section chair 7 days before the meeting (Dec. 1).
Submission of files at the time of presentation (during the session) will not be allowed.
At the conclusion of the meeting, copies of the presentation(s) will be destroyed.
Equipment
A Windows PC laptop computer and projector will be provided for each session.
Presenters will NOT be allowed to use their own computers in sessions.
A remote providing a laser pointer, forward, and backwards control of the Powerpoint presentation will be provided in each session.
