Annual Meeting of the NCWSS Poster Session

| Set up: | All posters will
be set up between 1:00 pm and 10:00 pm Monday and be available for viewing from 8:00 am Tuesday to 7:30 pm on Wednesday. Take down time is after 7:30 Wednesday and posters must be removed by 8:00 am Thursday morning. |
| Session: | Authors
will be present at their posters from 8:00 am to 9:45 am and at 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Tuesday, December
9th. It is recommended for poster presenters AND required for contest participants that you bring letter
sized copies of your poster to hand out. |
| Dimensions: | One poster mounting
board, approximately 48 by 48 inches, supported on an easel will be provided
by the NCWSS. |
| Arrangement: | Posters will be arranged according to subject, so please indicate your section preference on the Title Submission form via the NCWSS web site. |
Additional details will be mailed to each poster session participant following title submission.
